We are mindful that litigation can be very expensive. With that in mind, we charge reasonable hourly rates, flat fees, or monthly payment plans, depending on the financial situation of the client. We also accept all major credit cards.
In certain situations, if your spouse is the high income earner, we will ask the court to order that spouse to contribute to your attorney’s fees.
